  4. When you have access to your Bitcoin payment through your personal Bitcoin wallet application, click to confirm the payment.
  5. Once you’ve confirmed payment, stay on the page. Within about ten seconds, you will see the status of the transaction.
  6. Go to MyAlpari to view the progress of your transfer. You can click on ‘My Money’ on the side menu, and then ‘My Transfers’ to track all deposits and withdrawals that are pending completion.
  7. If your status says ‘Processing’, it means that your request has been accepted and is pending completion. It will normally take 1-2 hours for this status to change and for it to read ‘Funds deposited to your account’.

Important Information

If you are making a deposit, bear in mind the following points:

  1. Third party payments are not accepted. The sender’s name must match the name registered with Alpari International.
  2. We will automatically convert any currency that differs from the currency of your account – this will be in line with Alpari International's conversion rates.
  3. Successful deposits will be posted to accounts in a short while. Delays may occur if either Alpari International or the payment provider is unable to verify your information.
  4. We have a supported currency (see table above). If your deposit is not in a supported currency, it will be converted and the provider may charge a conversion fee.
  5. If your trading account’s currency differs to your deposit’s currency, the transaction will be converted and a fee may be applied in line with the conversion rates table on MyAlpari.
  6. Our conversion rates table is updated on a daily basis.
  7. The table above details Alpari’s processing times for deposits.
  8. The maximum limit of 25,000 USD/EUR/GBP is per client, per month.
  9. If you’re withdrawing Bitcoin, they need to be returned to the same Bitcoin wallet that was used to make the deposit.
  10. The withdrawal amount to a specific Bitcoin address should not exceed the total amount deposited from the same Bitcoin address.
  11. In some circumstances, we may require you to provide a screenshot from your Bitcoin wallet, with the Alpari International transaction clearly visible.
  12. Accumulated or single withdrawal amounts that are higher than 3,000 USD / EUR / GBP per day, may be subject to some extra information, like your Bitcoin wallet name, and Alpari International may need to share your KYC documents with the provider. This could result in an extra delay of one business day.
  13. Please be aware that in order to deposit more than 3,000 USD / EUR / GBP per transaction to your trading account, you will need to share your KYC documents directly with the provider in order to approve your crypto account once. The provision of the documents has to be done during the deposit process.
  14. If you choose the level of Network Fee policy to be lower than “Normal” level, this could lead to the transaction being rejected by the network. The higher the level, the better the chance for your transaction to be added in a block within the blockchain.
  15. Make sure your BTC wallet is up to date at all times.
  16. The provider recommends using certain Bitcoin wallets – Bitpay, Copay, BTC.com, Mycelium, Edge, Electrum, Bitcoin Core, Bitcoin.com, BRD, Bitnovo, Blockchain, Exodus, HODL wallet – as they support the newest Bitcoin payment protocol. If your wallet is not on this list, it may not be accepted by the provider. The provider has noted that the administrative process via exchanges is causing significant delays and this interferes with the Bitcoin network and the guaranteed rate.
  17. Any information you receive from us regarding your Bitcoin wallet or registration will come through official Alpari International email addresses. We will never request any private Bitcoin wallet details. If you receive anything that is suspicious, please contact us at: [email protected]
